Rafael Suñén García-Ramos was born in the city of Madrid on December the 6th, 1978. He went to Asunción Rincón School and San Isidoro de Sevilla high school. Finishes three years of Photography and Audiovisuals studies at Complutense University of Madrid. In 2006  he moves to New York to study at the International Center of Photography.

Rafael Suñén García-Ramos nace en Madrid el 6 de Diciembre de 1978. Estudia en el Colegio Asunción Rincón y en el Instituto San Isidoro de Sevilla. Después completa tres años de Fotografía y Audiovisuales en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. En el 2006 se traslada a Nueva York para estudiar en el International Center of Photography.
